I purchased the Direcway Dish from Maxwell Satellite on March
30, 2005.  After taking their 3-hour course to learn to set the dish
I had no trouble setting up.  However by the time I returned to
Picacho Peak State Park and set the dish at our campsite, I had no
success!  Between 5 PM Wednesday and late afternoon Thursday I
could not receive a signal ever.  After spending much time on the
phone to Maxwell Satellite and rereading their well-thought-out manual
many times,  Friday afternoon I packed up the dish and returned to
Maxwell Satellite where we spent 4 hours trying to find the problem
by elimination.  Finally, Maxwell Satellite called Direcway and found
out that the satellite down and we were given another Satellite and
all worked well.  Later I was able to set the dish at our campsite
in the dark.
The next day one of the rangers who wanted a satellite wanted to see
if mine would make his online gaming program work faster.  We
moved the dish to his house and set it up easily.  Then I returned to
my campsite and in 15 minutes I had the dish set again.  And in a
week’s time no problems had arisen.  Even the strong winds have
caused no problems.
Leaving Picacho Peak on 4/18/05, we set dish up in Karchner
Caverns State Park, AZ
